Financial visibility

Insights and reporting

Earnings, hourly rate, procedure volume and outstanding accounts, reported at provider and practice level — without exporting anything to a spreadsheet.

The problem this solves

Most anaesthetists can say what they billed. Far fewer can say what they earned per hour of theatre time, which surgeons or lists are most productive, or how much of last quarter's billing is still outstanding.

That information exists, but it is usually spread across a billing system, a bank statement and a spreadsheet — which means it is assembled once a year for the accountant rather than used to make decisions.

Earnings and hourly rate

Total earnings and hourly rate are reported by surgeon, by list or by date — which turns billing data into a view of where practice time is actually productive.

  • Earnings by surgeon, list or date
  • Hourly rate as a reported figure, not a calculation you do yourself
  • Procedure volume over time

Outstanding accounts

Outstanding balances and payment status are visible alongside billing, so the gap between billed and received is a number the practice can see rather than infer.

  • Outstanding accounts and ageing
  • Payment status by account
  • Payer and patient payment visibility

Doctor-level and group-level views

Groups can report at individual provider level and across the group, which supports both a doctor's view of their own practice and a director's view of the whole.
