The problem this solves
The information needed to bill a case exists at the moment the case happens, and nowhere else. If it is not captured then, it has to be reconstructed later from a logbook, a memory, or a theatre list that may not reflect what actually occurred.
Reconstruction is where cases are missed entirely — and a missed case is not a delayed payment, it is income that is never billed at all.
Capture at the point of care
Photograph a patient sticker and the record is created from it, with eligibility confirmed and billing initiated. Theatre lists can be uploaded to create a whole session at once.

Review and adjust
Procedures can be reviewed and billing details adjusted from the app before anything is lodged, so a correction does not require access to a desktop.
