Commercial detail
What a percentage does not tell you
A headline rate is not a commercial arrangement. Anything not answered here is worked through directly during consultation, so you can compare Anaemate against your current arrangement on real numbers.
- Who bears card payment fees?
- VERIFIED — the billing process page states patients may pay by free bank transfer or by credit card with an additional fee paid by the patient, and that card transaction fees are not refundable from the payments provider if a procedure is cancelled or refunded.
Groups
Group pricing is quoted
Anaemate Groups is priced as a fixed fee per doctor per month rather than as a percentage. The amount depends on the size of the group and the configuration required, and is quoted following a consultation.

Enterprise arrangements are scoped
Multi-entity organisations, data migration, structured implementation and service management are scoped per organisation. Reducing that to a pricing card would misrepresent it.
